5 out of 5 starsSo pretty and worth the wait! Looks just like the pictures and looking forward to using them in my wedding. A few of the sola flowers had some slight damage I think occurred during shipping but nothing too bad. Overall I'm very happy with them and think they're beautiful.

1 out of 5 starsThis is not worth $60 dollars.. even for a flower girl. I’m disappointed. I had to order a whole new bouquet for my wedding. This lady was a jerk. As a small business owner myself I would never settle for anything but the best. She was rude and blocked me when I complained about the bouquet. I would not recommend her. The dollar store has more talents.

I’m sorry you were disappointed with the bouquet size. When you purchased I initially reached out to you because the 5” isn’t meant to be a bridal bouquet, it’s noted that it’s for a flower girl or toss bouquet. You said the size was fine. The first I heard about your disappointment after the bouquet was delivered was this review. As a business owner (yourself) I would assume that you would reach out to a business and convey your disappointment :( I reached out to you and you insulted me. I’ve been in business enough to know not to take these things personal (it’s usually a result of stress or poor planning I’ve found over the last 8+ years) but it’s still hurtful none the less. Communicating expectations is SO important, I wish you the best of luck

What information is needed?
What info do I need from you when requesting a custom order?- Please let me know the following when you contact me:
- Wedding date
- Flower collection or inspiration photos
- How many pieces (or the # in your party and I can assist with who needs what)
- Wedding theme (so I can assist with details)
- How far in advance of your wedding you would like your items (so I can check with my current schedule/turn around time)
- Wedding location
- Floral budget (prices listed are in US Dollars)
Shipping information- Address
Please be sure you provide an accurate shipping address when purchasing, I ship to the address exactly as provided during checkout. Please note most orders require a signature. If a delivery attempt is made when an authorized signor is not home your item may be held at the post office. An authorized signor will have to show an ID when picking up. If an item is undeliverable and returned to me, you will be responsible for additional S&H fees to have the item shipped again. Refunds will not be issued if an item is returned to me because an undeliverable address was used. Tracking info is provided when your item ships/you are responsible for tracking your package once it leaves me. Orders ship from the United States
Shipping info- Insurance/damage
While I do my absolute best to package your order to prevent damage, sometimes damage occurs once your package is outside of my care. All orders over $50 are insured. If you would like an item under $50 insured, please contact me prior to purchasing. Items over $75 require a signature
If your item is lost or damaged while in transit with the USPS, you will need to file an insurance claim. You can find additional information on how to file a claim here: https://www.usps.com/ship/file-insurance-claims.htm. I am not able to replace items lost or damaged in transit while in the care of a carrier. The USPS must declare an item lost before they will issue an insurance refund.
About the flowers/materials
1. Are sola flowers "real"?- Nope! They are made from soft balsa wood, so they're "fake" flowers. They're a beautiful alternative real flowers because they can be color customized and last "forever".
2. Will sola flowers last?- Yes, for a very very very long time if taken care of properly (handle with care, keep away from open flame and prolonged contact with liquids). Please see below for additional care information.
3. Do they come in white?- Not a true white. The flowers are naturally an ivory to cream color because of the material that they are made out of.
4. What colors do they come in?- Any color under the sun (other than pure/true white). I dye the flowers by hand.
Care instructions
Sola flowers are handmade from soft balsa wood. Because they are made from wood peels, natural wood coloring may be present. While they are made from wood they are quite soft. Since each flower is handmade no 2 flowers are exactly the same & natural variation will occur. That variation is what makes each item so unique and beautiful. These flowers will last a lifetime with the right care. Please keep away from open flame, do not allow contact with liquids (COLORS WILL BLEED), keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading & keep these delicate items looking beautiful with careful handling. If traveling with your flowers please place back into the same packaging that they were shipped in & do not check with luggage.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Deposits become non-refundable after five (5) days unless otherwise noted. Changes can be made once an order has been placed, but additional charges may be incurred depending on the nature of the change.
I send approval pictures to you for your review prior to requesting the final payment. S&H is calculated once your order is complete. Final payment is due prior to your order shipping. Please see below for additional information on customization, changes and colors.

Please read the size info of each listing carefully. I do not accept refunds because you decide an item is too small after purchasing. My smaller bouquets are not intended to be used as bridal bouquets (although they can be, they will just be SMALL). If you have a questions about size, please contact me prior to purchasing. I'm here to answer questions : )
Custom orders- additional info
*Custom orders are non-refundable. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. When placing a custom order I will correspond with you during the creation of your order. I will also provide approval pictures of your items prior to shipping. I am happy to make minor** (see below for more info) changes before your item ships. If you receive pictures for buyer approval and have no changes your order will be shipped. If at the time of receipt you decide that you want items changed, you will be responsible for purchasing a new item.
Please note that colors can appear differently on different computer screens. If you would like specific colors please contact me about color matching (fees may apply) prior to placing an order (requires swatches)
Custom orders- Minor changes/Changes
** minor changes exclude changing flower colors or styles, or the addition or removal of filler. Please review your custom order summary prior to purchasing your custom listing. Any changes made after your listing has been purchased are subject to additional charges depending on the nature of the change. There is also the possibility that I'm not available to complete the additional work, so PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER SUMMARY IS CORRECT.
If you have a specific look in mind, please send me photos. If you want a specific color, please mail color swatches. If you do not mail swatches your flowers will be dyed using the dyes I have on hand. Please see below for additional information on colors/dyes
Flower Colors/Display
Please note that we use natural light whenever possible to display the truest color. However lighting, camera angle, etc can change the way color appears. Digital displays can also vary and alter the appearance of colors. Sola flowers are made from balsa wood, wood is a natural material that naturally varies in color. That natural variation may also affect the final color. If you need a SPECIFIC COLOR, please mail me swatches. Just as in nature, no two flowers are usually the same exact shade, you will find this to also be true with your hand dyed sola wood flowers. Please note that when using silk/preserved flowers, the colors will be limited as these flowers cannot be dyed. Please contact me with any questions prior to ordering! Thank you
